Zurfex LLC builds and operates the Zurfex marketplace for California truck emissions testing. Our team combines marketplace software experience with deep respect for the realities of trucking: tight deadlines, yard constraints, and zero tolerance for registration surprises.
We are not a government agency. Official Clean Truck Check rules, fee schedules, and enforcement policies come from CARB on arb.ca.gov. Zurfex makes it easier to act on those rules by surfacing credentialed testers, transparent pricing, and online scheduling.

Our mission
California’s Clean Truck Check program affects more than a million heavy-duty vehicles. Yet finding a credentialed tester with open capacity—especially for mobile yard visits—has historically meant scrolling PDFs and making cold calls. Zurfex exists to turn that friction into a few clicks: search, compare, book, complete.
We serve three audiences equally: truck owners who need a pass on schedule, fleets that manage dozens or hundreds of VINs, and credentialed testers who want steady, paid work without chasing leads.
How we verify testers
Testing partners on Zurfex go through an application and credential review before they can accept bookings. Profiles surface service type (mobile vs fixed-site), coverage area, and reviews from completed jobs so you can choose with confidence.
